Toul’s Beer Bipolar Berliner Weisse type beer, characteristic of this type is the acidity and aromas of fruit, result of fermentation with two different yeasts and addition of fruit juices (apricot and peach). Acidic taste, fruity aromas and very thirsty on the hottest days.
Toul’s Beer The Black Wave Stout
As her name implies, she is a stout. A dark beer with a body and strong aromas of coffee and chocolate that it gets from the roasted malts. Hops are mildly bitter and here they complete the complexity of the malts.
Toul’s Beer The Shore Blonde
Soft, delicate and slightly fruity in taste with mild alcohol. Hops – noble varieties – exist to stimulate and complement the characteristics of malt rather than to emphasize their own characteristics. The bitterness due to the variety of hops is low.
Toul’s Beer The return Pale Ale – Dry hopped
An explosion of exotic aromas and flavors of hops with notes of pine and citrus. Malt gives “body” while remaining discreet. A pleasant bitterness gives way to a mild sweet aftertaste.
